I first encountered Faith and Work through the cohort that meets at Lugogo Baptist Church. I soon realized the emphasis and connection between our faith and everyday responsibilities. What stood out most to me was the understanding that my work is initially designed by God through creation.

It hit me that actually, work is not just as a means of earning a living but also an opportunity to serve God, trusting and hoping in him while impacting others through excellence and character.

The lessons from Faith and Work Cohorts have helped me approach my duties with greater purpose, accountability, and professionalism. I have become more intentional about working diligently, treating others with respect, and maintaining honesty and integrity in all I do, knowing that my work is also a reflection of God.
