Our loving and heavenly Father, it is you who calls men and women to yourself that they would participate in the work of building your Kingdom here in earth as it is in heaven.
It is you who has created them in your own image that they would display your beauty and glory through their lives and even through their work.
Thank you for every man and woman in the nonprofit working space who seeks to use their skills and passion to bring healing, hope, restoration, reconciliation, and peace to your people in a fallen and hurting world.
Lord, would you grant that they would truly be your ambassadors, representatives of You who alone has reconciled men to Himself and to one another, and that they would present you as the true source of healing, peace, joy, and a hope that cannot be shaken?
Would you enable them to truly be your eyes, ears, hands, and feet in a hurting and fallen world, sharing the hope of the gospel both through their actions and their words?
Would you grant that they would serve with integrity of heart and uprightness of Spirit even in extenuating circumstances, trusting that you who honors faithfulness are able to display your power and excellence through jars of clay even when it looks like they are failing?
Would you do this for the good of your people, for the glory of your Son, Jesus Christ, and His cause among the nations
